A Different Standard of Care

Proactive, Predictable, Professional

Selective Psychiatry is a small, membership-based practice providing psychiatric care for adults who prefer thoughtful, personalized support in a discreet setting.

Care is structured, proactive, and intentionally limited in volume. Each member receives direct access, predictable communication, and a treatment approach tailored to long-term stability and performance.

Clinical Expertise

Selective Psychiatry is led by a triple board-certified Nurse Practitioner:

  • Psychiatric Mental Health

  • Family Medicine

  • Adult-Gerontology Primary Care

This breadth allows for thoughtful integration of mental health with sleep, metabolic health, hormonal considerations, and other systemic contributors to psychiatric well-being.

Care is grounded in evidence, delivered with discretion, and structured for long-term stability. Common areas of focus include depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), insomnia, and other adult mental health concerns.

Membership

Selective Psychiatry operates on a direct-pay membership model. Insurance is not accepted. The panel is capped at 20-30 members to preserve access and continuity.

$750/month includes:

  • Medication management

  • Secure messaging (48-hour response window)

  • Quarterly video visit required

  • Annual review required

Enhanced Membership

For individuals seeking a higher level of access and personalized support, Selective Psychiatry offers an Enhanced Membership on a limited basis.

This individualized option can include expanded practitioner access, priority scheduling, more frequent check-ins, and additional care coordination tailored to your specific needs and goals.

Because each person's circumstances are unique, Enhanced Membership arrangements are discussed individually and customized accordingly. If you believe this level of service may be beneficial, please inquire during your consultation.

What Membership Includes

Membership is designed for individuals seeking continuity and flexibility:

  • Priority scheduling

  • Secure asynchronous messaging

  • Structured medication management

  • Quarterly video review visits

  • Annual comprehensive psychiatric review

  • Written treatment summaries upon request

Communication expectations are clearly defined. Members receive responses within an agreed-upon window (typically 24–48 hours).

Designed for Busy Professionals

Membership is appropriate for adults who:

  • Travel frequently

  • Manage demanding schedules

  • Prefer secure written communication

  • Value privacy

  • Seek a consistent prescribing partner

The practice does not treat acute crises or active substance use disorders. It is structured for stable adults seeking continuity and refinement of care.

How It Works

  1. Submit a private inquiry, including a brief screening questionnaire by clicking on "Am I a Good Fit?"

  2. Schedule a personal screening with provider.

  3. Determine mutual fit.

  4. Secure membership.

  5. Begin care.

Panel size is intentionally limited. Due to limited panel size, not all inquiries result in membership.
